(Querist) 07 March 2012 This query is : Resolved 
my father died without writting will.we are three children for him my mother is also there.we three put a sign to get family relation certificate on my mother name.will my mother get all rights on properties which are in my father name with this certificate.



I, KOVVURI SARADA, W/o K.H.SRINAVAS REDDY aged __40___ Years, presently residing at D.No : __________________________________________________________ states as follows:

That my father Sri S. CHINAMANIKYAM got expired on 2/1/2012. That we are 3 (Three) children for our parents. i.e.
i) Smt. Kovvuri Sarada, aged 40 Years, married
ii) Smt. Tadi Prasanna, aged 38 years, married
iii) Sri. Satti Satish Reddy, aged 36 years, married.

This declaration is for the Tahsildar Authorities Vishakhapatnam to issue a Family Relationship Certificate to my mother Smt. S. Roja, as I am housewife and due to my health condition I am unable to come to Vishakhapatnam at present in this matter, I have NO OBJECTION to issue the same.

All the above stated facts are correct to the best of my knowledge and belief. If any false is found I can be punished under Sec. 199 & 200 of IPC.

You all three legal heirs of your deceased father shall have to relinquish your rights in the properties left by your deceased father in favour of 4th legal heir of your father means your mother and this deed shall be duly stamped and registered before the concerned registrar.

The affidavit given by you above is not legal one for the transfer of immovable property.
