Not having any contract and appointment letter is a drawback in your case.

Consult a lawyer and approach the labour commissioner of your region.

Your salary record and any signed agreement can help you to avoid your termination and is also likely to lead towards regular appointment. Termination without cause or due notice is invalid, unless it is on daily wage basis. You can approach labour commissioner by hiring services of some labour services expert.

File a civil suit for prohibitory injunction.

Do you have the copy of any Industrial standing orders as applicable to industrial employee, if not then ask for a copy.

Since you are not Defence Civilians CCS rues do not apply to you.

Move to local labour deptt as advised.

By the way what happened to your PF for 5 years.
