my right of defence was struck of as i did not file w/sin eviction case in 140days frpm date of appearance.can iget it restored by filing appeal in session court.

You apply for Delay condonation, with suitable reason for delay, and offer to pay cost, apply to set aside the order.
Is it at Bandra court??
