Respected All,
As we are running ad-hoc committee, as per law, we are not having rights to collect non occupancy charges from the owner who rented there flats. There is an any other way to collect the same. B,coz many of the flats are on the rent and due to the same society facing many problems. How we restrict the same with the limits of ad-hoc committee.
Request to suggest for the same.

NOC restriction of 10% is not applicable to you.
Your rights are not known to us, whether builder had given u authority , not to allow then inside building?? Suppose they do not pay even mtn?? what remedy u have??
If you have right, charge them 10% of rent as NOC, or stop their entry.

Yes, There is an agreement between builder and ad-hoc committee regarding collection of maintainence from the member. Provide NOC to the owner who rented his flat, etc...
Only the problem is can ad-hoc committee recover NOC.

You should revise your agreement with the builder and should also insert therein your right to recover the share in rent.
