Sir I want to know that what is RCR.

How can we file RCR?

Where can we file RCR either in our PLace
where I live or where the girl is residing with her family?

RCR is a Different case like others.

how RCR is different from Ghar basasat Ka dava?

without filing RCR settlement is considerable or not.

Any way, RCR IS RESTITUTION OF CONJUGAL RIGHTS.
HUSBAND, OR WIFE, BOTH CAN FILE IT AGAINST THE SPAUSE WHO LEFT COMPANY OF OTHER.

It is provided in Hindu Marriage Act 1955. , and one can file it in Family Court/ Civil Court of his jurisdiction.

Essential is: Marriage disputes. Temp halt of marital relationship

You can file the RCR suit at the place where you lived with your wife when she left you. Also it can be filed at the place where ur wife resides with her parents after deserting u. You may choose either of the places as cause of action arose at both the places.
