Transfer of property in case of death

It's regarding the properly which is in the name of my Grand father. He has been expire 2 months back. I want the consultation that whether the property can be transfered to my grand mother name. We want the property in her name till she is alive. My grand father has 5 childrens. Kindly guide me the procedure for the transfer the property in my grand mother name.

did your grand father leave behind any will or he died intestate .?
who is the benficiary in the will ?
if he died leaving a will obtain probate.
if he died intestate are the 5 children willing to relinquish rights in favour of grandmother?

Dear Sir,
My gand father has not left any will behind. Kindly confirm in both cases if all the childrens are willing to relinquish rights in favour of grandmother and if all childrens are not willing to relinquish rights in favour of grandmother.
