Hello Sir/Madam,
I am a 27 years old Guy. When i was 18 years old i went to watch a porn movie in one theater with my friend. I didnt know that it was an offence to watch porn movie that time and unfortunately police raid in that theater and we 70 peoples were caught watching porn movie in theater. Police sent us in jail for a night and on the second day we were presented in Court and we got bailed.
It has almost 10 years passed and i got summons many times to present in court and i went to court but everytime i get another date of after few months to present in court because all 70 people were not presented in court. I am very much frustrated as i cant get my passport issued and also cant apply in government jobs. It is not likely to happen that all 70 will be present in court at same time. My advocate is not able to get the solution.
Can anyone please help me out to get solution in this Case?? is it possible that a Judge will clear my case alone if others are not present??

Dear Querist,
See the repurcussions of the misdeeds committed 10 years ago.You did't have time all these 10 years to find out what happened to that case.How can the court expect all the 70 to be present for the hearing.80% of them would have been scattered else where.The case would have been filed against all the 70 people.How can you alone be cleared.You have not mentioned the place you belong to?

You file for quash of the case qua you. The rigor-mole of the trial is enough punishment.

apply to quash ur case as u were present and prosecution failed to proceed, and 10 yrs old case.

It is not possible that a Judge will clear your case alone if others are not present.To come out of it QUASH by COURT is the only way rightly suggested.
