I have filed an OA before the Hon'ble CAT wherein Interim Relief was also sought.
The Hon'ble Bench has admitted the OA, but rejected to grant interim relief. Can I approach the Hon'ble High Court for grant of interim relief when the said OA is pending with the CAT ?

Yes. You can approach the High Court for interim relief if the CAT rejected your prayer.

It is highly premature to move the HC. It all depends upon as to what is the nature of the interim relief prayed.

the question is whether the interim relief has been declined or not?
if yes then can move to HC
if No then wait for orders....however, if the orders on interim relief are pending after arguments for quite a long time, even then you may approach HC for Expediting the case.

You do not have cause of action to approach the HC. Press for interim order and if it goes against you, you may file writ.

If the interim relief is denied, only then you can approach HC.

Has your interim relief application been rejected or still pending for hearing???You can not move if it has not been rejected.

Whether such interim relief only sought in OA or also argued in the hearing and if so what order is passed . (copy is avialbel at a fee of rs 5/-) at CAT counter. Further whether the interim relief sought is really intended to protect the irrepairable loss. Please eleborate.
If you can establish the interim relief cannot wait even for a delay the get the certified copy of the order denying th releif and move to High Court.
