If she too willing to get diverse by mutual consent then easy to get order and for your child's education and day to day living for ur wife and child should be bearable and pay the amount for the same by maintanance

yes she is entitled to certain benefits like maintenance from you.
it will be better if you settle the matter amicably and it is advisable that all the issues and claims shall be compromised in a single go.

Whether it is mutual or otherwise, you need not to pay any maintenance since your wife is earning handsomely. But if you are earning too much than what she does then she might claim a little bit since she is entitled to the same living status. Secondly, if the child happens to live with mother you have to pay the maintenance to her. If she resides with you, no need to pay. The law leans towards women but not in every situations.

Dear Expert,
My wife is Judge in court. She is earning Rs 50000/- per month. I am earning 43000/- per month.
She wants divorce. As she is govt class one employee, will law give soft corner to her?
Will she create any problem to me ?
According to my opinion if she is earning more than me, I need not pay any thing.
Further I have a houseproperty constructed by my father but is in the name of me.
Will she entitled to claim any share in that property?
Plz guide I am in big trouble.
Thanks

Will she create any problems for me?
You know her more than us, if you can not predict whether she would or not how can we.
She is not entitled legally for any share in your property as of now.
