decree be drawn in my favour in civil court. appeal made in highcourt appellant get condition stay,to pay arrears amount to respondents within eight weeks.Qus.)1)if apellant pay part-payment than?2)appellant can extend time?

1. If the high court has not told anything about part payment then the order of the high court would be deemed to be not complied with and hence the order of stay is liable to be vacated.

2.Yes but as per the discretion of the court.
