I want to get copies of this ex-parte divorce decree and since I am not in india, I dont know the best way to get it. The details are as follows:-

This is very easy to get by a known person of you residing nearby Moga. He can approach to the reader of the mentioned court and may know the status of the case as on day and can get the certified copies of all orders as desired.

Hi
Since I am not living in India, and also Moga is the place where my ex 's family resides so I dont know anyone there, can someone recommend a good reliable lawyer I can deal with . All we have to do is to get copies of the documents so how much money does it take ?
I myself cant go to Moga because I am afraid if word gets out then my safety will be in question.

Search LCI directory, google. Someone would be there from Moga.
Else, you can send someone from the neighbouring district to collect the same.
