court has passed eviction orders on exparte basis as tenant never appeared except putting in first appearance on grounds of non payment of rent wherein tenant was given 30 days time to vacate.but tenant has not vacated and place is locked till date. my advocate says his job was to get eviction orders for me. now i should file application for execution of eviction orders. fresh summons will be issued to tenant and it may take 6 months atleast can eviction orders be implemented with the help of police.

Your advocate is right.A decree of court is to executed by execution petition to be filed.police help would be ordered by court if any hindrance in execution is created by your tenant.

It is commonly said that the difficulties of a litigant only BEGIN once he has obtained a decree......that's the bane of our judicial system - you have to now file an application for execution - and seek recovery of actual possession through Court's officers as well as local police....and the tenant would be summoned and is entitled to make any objections also.

Winning the court case do not solve problem. Execution of Decree is equally tough job, Any objection raised, will be looked into, and it invariably delay justice.
ur Adv is right, so do the needful. Police won't help at this stage.
