Sms as proof

I have received some threatening SMS and have preserved them in my mobile.

Pl. advice if these can be produced in the court and how to save them.

sms would be admissible in evidence . dont delete those sms . it will be automatically saved

Keep said SMS in ur mobile and show them to court and they are admissible in evidence.

You can keep it saved just by not deleting it.

In case your devise capacity is full still do not delete it or transfer it to archives
