Why the courts usually deny to grant ex-parte temporary injunction in respect of agriculture land though the person claiming have better title than against who he is claiming.

Judge are not aware about the better title without giving opportunity to other party

It is better to hear both parties instead of granting ex-parte injuction hearing only the plaintiff that he has better title or possession over the suit property.

IT IS THERE RELUCTANCE DESERVED TO BE CONDEMNED AS IF EXTRACTS OF REVENUE RECORDS ARE IN FAVOR OF PLAINTIFF THEY SHOULD GRANT
