Two year lien for primary teacher

Respected sir/ madam,
Kindly tell me if a primary teacher (regular) of Basic Primary Education Uttar Pradesh apply through proper channel for higher post in other department and if the person is being selected in other department. Is there provision of lien for two year or up to probation period (in other department)in previous service (primary teacher inBasic Primary Education Uttar Pradesh)...

Repeated query.

However, for your information, when you resign from your post, your lien from that post would automatically vanish. There is no provision in keeping the lien preserved for the employees who resign from service.
