Ld. counsels there is a case filed under S. 307 of the IPC. charge sheet has been filed , but there is absence of medical experts opinion and plus the ballistic report is also missing. i need to understand what is the importance of these two things and whether in the absence of such records can the prosecution take up the matter.
p.s. Also if anyone could share some case laws.

These records can be availed from the medical experts who treated the victim at any time. These are required to prove the attempt made to kill the victim.

if u are the accused it is good for u buddy. But if u r the complaint it may be fatel to the prosecution.
