Dear Querist,
What kind of problem ? What is the property dispute exactly about ? Can't advise without knowing the same. Though as a matter of general rule property matters are civil in nature which may not harm you in any manner - but they are normally given a criminal hue in connivance with police to arm-twist/threaten people.
Come up with complete facts

if they file civil case at most you will get summons . even if they file a criminal case investigations will take place .chances of your arrest are remote

Thanks much Adv. Bharat Chugh, Mr. Sudhir Kumar and Mr Ajay Sethi for your expert comments.
I am describing now the exact fact.
One of my cousin brothers bought some land in our village in West Bengal. Few political leaders are disturbing my cousin brother saying that they need few portion of that land free of cost for their business purposes. They have intentionally filed a police case against my cousin brother saying that they had been thrashed/punched by my cousin brother. They had also filed a false case against my father as he is the relative of my cousin brother.
I am staying now in Singapore and have a plan to return back to home (West Bengal, India) for two weeks. I am scaring of that if those political leaders intentionally file a false case against me to make this case more complex as I am NRI.
Can I return back to Singapore if they file false case against me? I am working in a critical project in Singapore and I will have to return back to Singapore within two weeks.
Please help me with the probable solution.
