Hi sir ,i am from Andhra Pradesh(rayalaseema).I am having 9.40 acres of land ,which i got from ancestors. My ancestors purchased & registered that land at the year 1930.The land was acquired by the A.P Government in the year 1984 but my father fought at the A.P high court and got the land back in the year 1986.Even a Gazatte was released that my father land was withdrawan from acquisition from the A.P Government.Later my father layed down plots on that land at the year 1987.All the plots are approved by town planning of Hyderabad in the year 1987.Nearly Half of the plots in that land were sold out by my father. Now i came to know that the land is POTTERS Service Inam Land.I merely know about Inam abolition act 1956 A.P....I am in confusion whether is it better to sale the remaining plots in that land or to keep it with
myself.My Queries are
1.Please explain about inam abolition act 1956 A.P
2.please tell me that whether potters service inam lands are transferable or not in A.P.
3.Is it safe to sale the remaining plots in that land or to keep it with myself....why because the land is potters service inam land.
I hope i explained in detail ...waiting for your reply...Thank You
