If both of you are major and go for court marriage then after court marriage there will be no court action against both of you,

If the girl retracts from her consent saying that you had forcibly married her u may be in trouble. But can defend yourself with the help of the witnesses who sign the marriage register.

I believe even the girl is not ready for such marriage.
Therefore please try to resolve this by mutual discussion etc.
Don't jump into the marriage, getting out when things go bad is very tedious.

When you are anticipating trouble in future, why do you want to spoil your life running around courts. You have no confidence on the girl, you presume she might run away to ther parents. If you are in a position to convince her parents,go for the marriage, otherwise forget it as a bad dream and concentrate on your carrier and marry a girl of your parents choice.

Agree with Mr.Sainath. Either you should convince the girl's parents by taking assistance of your parents or you should trust the girl that she is also firm on this decision. First of all what about your parents? Have you convinced them? If so through them try to convince the other party. If nobody is with you and you do not have full confidence in the girl, why to invite problems in your life.
