Whether man has no right to contest divorce if file by wife?

If wife is rich and wealthy what will be the explanation of new property right as per bill?

if wife wants divorce and hsubsand does not want to give divorce he can contest the case . the new bill has not yet been passed by Parliament . dont count your chickens unless they are hatched

Dear Partha,

There is no harm if you or othee interested persons give suggestion through a proper forum to rach the Parliament before the amendment actually is approved by the Parliament to take a shape of amendment act.

It is only in IrBM that the husband can not oppose the divorce.

Whereas in all other fault grounds, husband can contest the divorce.

This law is in making for last 34 years and let us see when it is made out.
