Sir,
I am working in Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. I had conducted Interview in year 2005 for Petrol Pump and attracted Vigilance. Enquiry started in Jan'2011 and Enquiry Officer submitted report in Dec'11. Till date Management has not been taken any decission.
My promotions with held, I can not leave this Job. How long they can kept pending my case.

You may better remind the Disciplinary Authority (DA) to expedite his decision. The DA was required to take a decision in the case within 3 months of submission of the Inquiry Report to him.

By the way, what was the date of issue of charge sheet, in which year your promotion was due, and what was the date of convening of DPC for promotion in the panel of which your name would have appeared?

I am very grateful to you.
My Chargesheet dated 31.12.2012. Enquiry completed in Nov'12. Date of Interview is 05.03.2012
I got this grade "C" in April'2003 and elible for next grade in 2007. I understood that I have got promotion to next grade "D" in 2008. But not known any thing due to pending enquiry.

Dates mentioned by you, particularly in 3rd line, are wrong, as still to happen in future.

You appear to habve badly mised up the dates. The advise given on the basis of these inputs can be wrong. You have to be specific on dates.
Regarding the time frame. CVC guidelines provide 6 months time frame but these do not have statutory force. No time frame has been prescribed by DOPT. Any unreasonable delya is justiciable. So please be specific on dates so taht you could be well advised.

It is deeply regretted that dates are changed. Kindly ignore the earlier dates.
Correct Dates are given below:
Date of interview conducted on 05-03-2005, date of chargesheet on 31-12-2010, enquiry completed 21-11-2011.
