My husband has filed for divorce.He has without my consent illegally transferred one apartment that was in our joint account name on his name.
There is a second property also but it has been transferred to his father.
How do I find out both the property details? I want to submit the proof to the court as I need to support my children.
How do I go about regarding this matter?.Can I file a petition in the court or can I request the information through RTI(Right to Information) Kindly advice.What should I do?

you can approach a lawyer who should be able to check these documents in sub-registrar office and give you detail of the properties. you have the right to file a criminal case against him u/s 406, 420 Ipc before Criminal Court.

If you know probable dates of transfer, you can search the document in Sub-registrar office. Get help of a Lawyer.

If he transferred illegaly in his name, it is a criminal offence, let police dig the records.
Regarding property transferred to his relative, if it was his property and there was no court order restraining it, he can deal with it in any manner he deems fit
