Please provide me best layer available in kolkata HC for service matter specially for West Bengal Primary School Teacher. More technically related to rule 7(2) of West Bengal Primary Education Rules,2001.

There is no such yardstick to rate a lawyer as the best lawyer. One whose services are proved to be the best, economical and fruitful to any individual can be the best lawyer for that person on individual to individual basis.
