i am very sorry and hurt by the reply of the lawyer sudhir kumar saying that it is a psychiatric case,this is not the thing that experts should think and say they have to critically analyse with lot of empathy and give a positive note, i can only tell him that to get proof we can go for a video recording and then let us see whether it harassment by in laws or not. i am gold medallist and i never expected a cheap reply from sudhir kumar. when all the earlier advocates have advised me to file a police complaint i am wondering asto why sudhir kumar has no perspective of thinking at all.

Though I do not recollect any thread, you raised Query, a Querist must not expect all reply favourable to him. It differ .
We only reply your Query, and to accept or act upon it is entirely your choice.
We cannot expect comments, justification,
or your liking and disliking.
In this EXPERT site, one can ask Query ,any any clarification on query, or details to resolve your problem.
Any adverse comments on Experts cannot be tolerated on Public forum.
Experts do not know you personally, and have no reason to hurt you.
Adv Sudhir Kumar had taken a lot of pain to reply every small point you had stated therein. He replied you in detail, which I read , and believe, he had done a very good job as an expect. He only wanted to help you understand yourself.
We understand you lost your job twice, and it seems you lost your husband recently, and it indicate us, you are disturbed, that resulted in lose of your 6 years old permanent job. In fact they compelled you to resign.
So calm down, think positive, instead of blaming others, raising same query here many times in 10 days, after becoming member, and firing Experts who are trying to help you.
Discuss with your parents, your sister, brothers, and be in company of any children you have. Home people can understand you better, as they arte very near to you.
As far as Law is concerned, you yourself had resigned, and can only request College authority to accommodate you once again, as you were mentally upset, and probably broken down economically due to illness and death of your husband. Try request them to re-instate you, as you already demanded long leave earlier.

You could better have posted your reaction on the same page of your query on which Mr. Sudhir Kumar would have answered. There is no use of posting such unwarranted comments in a very dlinked manner from which, even Mr. Sudhir Kumar would not be able to recollect what was your query and what reply he gave, what to say of other experts.

Her problem was analysed as under :-
YOU SAID THAT
sir i was working as a lecturer in a private christian minority college which is a permenent job with a government scale of hyderabad,from 1994 june till 2010 may with one year leave. i was forced by the principal to resign in the month of june 2010 as i informed that i was sick and could not join duty,but instead he asked to tender resignation letter which i did it in haste as i was sick and my late husband was also sick.
IT IS YOU WHO RESIGNED
then after sending the resignation letter through courier i started to a work in junior college
SO YOU GO ANOTHER JOB
and the same kind of harassemnt was going on
SO YOU DID NOT ADJUST IN NEW INSTITUTE
there which made to realise that i need to go back to my previous college hence i gave a withdrawal letter within 2 months of my resignation.
YOU HAD NO SUCH RIGHT IT IS MERCY OF THE COLLEGE IF THEY ACCEPT WITHDRAWAL
the harassment is that somebody is teaching my neighbors to harass me .
IN CASE NEIGHBOURS WANT TO HARASS WHY SHOULD THEY NEED COACHING FROM SOMEONE ELSE
the problem is from morning which house i shift my back neighbors are told to watch at what time i use the washroom
WHY SHOULD SOMEONE ASK THEM TO WATCH AND WHY SHOULD THEY OBEY HIM DO THEY HAVE NO OTHER JOB
our servant is sent at the very same time just to disturb me from using my wash room
IF YOUR SERVANT IS HARASSING YOU THEN SACK HIM.
constantly observing which is irritating and this made me too loose jobs
IT IS NOT CLEAR HOW CAN YOU LOOSE JOBS BY SO CALLED HARASSEMENT BY NEIGHBOURS
and also that i had contracted loose motions
LOOSE MOTINS ARE CONTACTED DUE TO VARIOUS REASONS OVEREATING/FOODPOPISONING/INFECTION/HEAT STROKE/COLD STROKE / BAD COLD ETC. THE EVENTS IN DESCRIPTION GIVEN BY YOU (AS VAGUELY PAINTED AS POSSIBLE) DO NOT GIVE ANY REASONS FOR SUCH DISEASE.
because of this. what legal remedy is available to this because of this i am loosing confidence and once i take headbath they are told to make loud noise near my bedroom which is causing abused with noise
NON TAKES BATH IN BEDROOM. NONE HAS GOT THAT MUCH TIME TO KEEP TRACKING WHO IS BATHING WHAT TIME AND THEN TO MAKE NOISE.
so that i am able to speak with an inflated tongue.
HOW CAN THIS NOISE MAKE YOU TONGUE BE INFLATED BY THIS YOU MUST BE USING EARS TO HEAR
i am a lecturer by profession and all this they are doing just that i should lose confidence,self dignity
WHERE FROM THEY DO HAVE THAT MUCH TIME THEY MIHGHT BE HAVING THEIR JOB AND HOUSEHOLD TO ATTEND YOU CANNOT BE THEIR SOLE WORRY IN LIFE
and that i should not speak good English and give good lecture.
NO GRAMATICALLY YOUR ENGLISH IS VERY EXCELLENT THAT MATTERS LITTLE THAT ONE CANNOT UNDERSTAND WHAT DO YOU MEAN.
FINALLY :-
Are you living with your in-Law?
If living separately are they rich enough to but all property in locality and locate goons there?
If living together are they popular enough or you unpopular enough that they can make each neighbors to go out of way to harass you.?
Before moving to police be ready for these questions even if you do not like them.

I have given cold and detached advise to many persons and most of them had expressed gratitude.
Only those persons who have brain need a psychitrist. I am sure she has a brain. A blind man never gets eye sight problem. It is only sympathy that one advises a patient to meet doctor so that he/she recovers and be able to fight adversaries.
It is not a sympathy to advise someone the way one pleases to hear even if the advise may not be suitable to her.
However, she is free to ignore charitable advise of any member of the forum.
In case she really feels that she has enough evidence to file criminal case against her in-laws an neighbours then she is free to do so and does not need approval of this forum. I wish her success. I may be the happiest person to be proved wrong.

any grievance against expert should be raised by PM . mr sudhir kumar has been a seasoned member of LCi and has always given detached advise to querists .
no expert on LCi has any personal grouse against any querist .
