Share in sister's property ?

Dear Sir,

As per the hindu succession Act woman have equal right in ancestral property is ok.
Brother have a equal right on gold, silver jwellary or dowry given to sister at marriage time by father, grandfather or brother from out of ancetral property as well as own personal property/Income ?

Any judgement ?

Dowry is gift, after given gift it can not claim return.

these are exclusively held by married lady as they come in category of gifts.
