Sir
This is not my repeated Query... i need further clarification.
My Grand Father gets a registered GPA (Instead of Sale deed) during 1990`s from one Mr X and on that base he Mutated the property to his name and in the revenue records the ownership of the property shows my Grand Fa`s name and both my Grand Fa and the person who gave GPA in favour of my Grand Fa both are died and do I have right over the property.
as per experts i am having equal right over the property and i checked property documents wherein I came to know that the GPA executer`s LR`s are Mutated the property to their anme after my Grand Fathers death and sold it to someone...
Please advice me to take further action...

Did your grand father get the property properly transferred in his name?
If not then with the death of the principal the GPA ceases to exist.
I regret that mere mutating the name of the grandfather in the register does not bestow proper title in the property in his favour not on his LRs.

Thanks Barman mam... I am from karnataka... after the Registeration of GPA my grand Father made an application to Revenue authority and mutated the property in the revenue records that is (Mutation extracts, Pahani) to his name. now i came to know that the LR`s of GPA executer has change the property to their name and sold it someone...
as per karnataka law if the name of the person is reflected in the Pahani (RTC= Record of Rights, Tenancy and Corp Information) then he almost deem to be the owner of the property...
The Pahani related to the subject property reflect my Grand Fa`s name for 3 to 4 years and it reffers the GPA No also...

When did that property sold by LRs of executor of GPA?
If the possession of the property is still in your hand then immediate file a suit foe declaring the sale deed as null and void and injunction against disturbance of peaceful possession of the said property.

Sorry for misreffered your gender...
Respected learned Advocate...
The property sold 3 to 4 years ago and on the same time we consulted a Lawyer but he told the document what you have is of no use and I think he is aware of Property muatated to my Grand Fa`s name...
We are not in the possession of the property.
