My wife 50 years old expired one month ago.
there are two 2bedroom flats one at Hyderabad and another at Vijayawada on my wife's name. Now we wish to transfer those on to my second son's name.
I have three children. first one is daughter married staying in Hyderabad. Second one is son married staying in USA.
third one is a son married staying in Hyderabad.
I wish to know how to get the properties transferred to my second sons name.
I am retired General manager BSNL staying in Vijayawada.

Since the properties are in your wife's name all the legal heirs have equal share including your married daughter, only on concurrence of all the legal heirs the property can be transferred on your second son's name. Further, there are many modes of transfer only upon knowing the facts the best mode of transfer can be suggested to you.

i presume your wife did not leave any will . as she died intestate in respect of 2 flats there will be 4 shares . you along with your 3 children are the legal heirs . the flats can be ttransferred in name of your second son if other legal heirs execute deed of relinquishment .
