We have engaged an Advocate for filing a WP in AP High Court. He filed the WP. On 7-6-2012, we wanted to withdraw the case due to organisation reasons. He refused to withdraw the case. We have sent sms & email requesting him to withdraw the WP. But, he has not withdrawn the case. Interim Order was given on 8-6-2012 in our favour which was not required for us as we want to withdraw the case. We have been requesting from 8-6-2012 for withdrawal and gave a written request which is acknowledged by his junior. But, he is not withdrawing the case. We lost our Credibility as we promised that we withdraw the case. What is the remedy for us ? What action can be initiated against the Advocate who is not caring us ?
