Passport for minor

Reposting my earlier query as i am unclear with the next steps

can you please let me know the next steps to proceed with passport and visa for my daughter and take her abrod with me .

1) should i apply for divorce
2) should i apply for child custody alone
3) can i go ahead and apply for passport as-is after signing annexure ( C) or (G)

apply for child custody alone . dont go in for divorce unless by mutual consent .

then apply for passport

If child is with you then you do not need to apply for custody. It is applied for by those who do not have the custody.
Simply apply for passport as single mother and separated mother.

can i also take my child abroad without his permission ? should i seek his permission offline or though court ?
