Dear Sir,
Any person who is not an advocate or law graduate, can form a law consultancy?
if he is not giving legal advise but he want to hire legal professional (Advocates) for providing service in his consultancy.

it has to be regsitered with bar council . if you are not a lawyer it cannot be regsitered . you cannot file appearance in courts unless legal consultancy is regsitered

but he is not going to appear before any court. He just want to form a consultancy, in which he can hire legal professionals (Advocates) for providing legal services and also for appearing before court.

You can do consultancy, where is the need to say it as legal consultancy.

Legal Profession shall be worded: LEGAL BUSINESS WITH HIRED LAWYERS:
lawyers WILL GET COMMISSION OR SALARY FOR DOING THEIR JOBS FOR THEIR MASTER, A NON LEGAL PERSON, A BUSINESSMAN .
THESE LAWYERS WILL BE DE BARRED, AS ACCEPTED EMPLOYMENT
Think it over:
If it was possible, many would have started it in last 25-50 years!!
