Dear advocates,
We have got partitioned my wife's mother's property , who was expired , among the 2 daughters and deceased husband and brothers of my mother in law as per Islamic law.Partition was actually done in following manner.
We filed a partition suit and all parties without any dispute agreed for compromise settlement and the same was submitted to the court . After all the parties consent and signature made in front of the judge final decree passed.
When we approached for name transfer of patta for the lands we obtained through partition ,thalsindar refusing to issue patta on the grounds that one of the daughter has filed a pettion requesting to hold our request in the concerened Taluk Office . It is mentioned in the petition that , they are not satisfied with the measurment in the court order and they want to go for review petion in the court. We have not yet filed executive petition of the decree.
I want soulution to get patta and survey of the land.

Take the daughter who is claiming that she would file the review petition and ask her to give her consent for transfer of Patta.
