Cancellation of deed

dear sir,
on 2000,i singed as POA of my brother in a sale deed of a property which owns by my brother at registration time.
unfortunately, by clerical mistake the sale deed shown my sister's name instead of brother's name.
so this deed affecting my sister's property.
now buyer,me and my brother understood the mistake and we want cancel the saledeed to free my sister's property from sale record.but my sister died 4 months back.is my signaure enough in cancellaion deed insead of deceased sister?
pls give me a solution and its procedure,
