Sir my name is Pravin Kumar i have been living in Mumbai for the past 21 years.
I have an SC certificate of Utterpradesh.
So i want to know that if i apply for an all India exams like CAT or JEE than in that case will i be eligible as an SC candidate or as an Open candidate.
As all India exams are conducted at all India level can i use my SC certificate u avail the benefits of the reserved category student.
And if cant avail the benefits then what should i do.
sir please look in to my matter and answer to my query as soon as possible

if the any eligible cattergry quota then u can use the certificate and get the benefit , no one will restrict u at all

but sir can i get the same benefit for the colleges in Maharashtra as i hold a SC certificate of Utter Pradesh.
OR
Do I need to get an SC certificate from Maharashtra to avail the benefit.

You can avail the benefits at the Central Government with the certificate you have.But you have to obtain fresh one from the state of Maharashtra, if the community is listed in that state as SC

Sir my community is listed in the Maharashtra state SC list.
now what should do to get a new SC certificate from the state of Maharashtra.
Please help me out sir.
