What is the cost and procedure involved in getting a Relinquishment Deed executed for a jointly-owned, recently acquired residential property in Gurgaon, Haryana? Kindly advice. Thanks

Mr. Shonee Kapoor - I was referring to paperwork, stamp duty if any and lawyer costs - all inclusive. Of particular interest is the aspect relating to stamp duty: since it was recently bought, we paid stamp duty on Sale Deed of the said property. We wouldn't want to be saddled with an additional stamp duty for the same property.
Can you kindly advice please? Thank you.
