Sir, i am working as BT Assistant Science in minority school, can i get promotion as Physics PG assistant, I AM FULLY QUALIFIED AND NOT FACING ANY CHARGES . i have average of 93% result. but my management wants to appoint a person of their own choice from other school. A TEACHER GETS OPPORTUNITY ONCE IN A LIFE time for promotion. can i get promotion ?

You can tr luck.
you cna go to court and even complain to the education deptt if the recruitmentis irregular.
But generally greivances against minority schools are not easily heard.

you promotion is regulated by the rules adopted by the Education Department.
if there is any violation of the laws or bylaws then you may make a petition before the Education Department, if permitted.
otherwise may approach the HC, if advised by the local lawyer, who shall scrutinize the relevant rules.

Better try somewhere else, if the management of your school is not able to recognise your capability and talent. It may also be possible that the management would be under some pressure from some authority of the Education Department to accommodate an outsider, being his preferred fellow.

u have to choose ur own way considering the views given by the (L)experts.....1)consult a local lawyer and go to court of law,2)try some where else or 3)have patient and do ur job satisfactorily.....mind it in pvt.orgn management always prefer hire and fire principles......i hope ur students like u....(thanks)

If U R discriminated against, complain to the DI OF SCHOOLS but only after U R certain that someone else less deserving has been appointed.

One thing to which all experts are ignoring is that the status of the school is minority which is protected under Article 29 & 30 of Constitution means no any case can be filed by employee against it before any court of law for the purpose of his service matter hence it is better for the querist either to leave that institution or accept the action of the management.

Article 29&30 protects the religious and caultural rights of minorities but this right does not extend to violation of labour regulations or other directions of the education department.
But practically these institutions are law unto themsleves as all bureaucrats and politicians of their community come forward to their support.
But on the same time some employees have won against him.
