Sir, I have filed writ petition in delhi high court before 10 days for protection on urgent basis.but till date i have not received any date.my lawyer given me dairy no but i could not find it cause list. pl tell me how can i see dairy no.and latest position of my case.

go to delhi high court website . enter in your case details and find out status of your case .

whether your lawyer has remmoved all office objections ? whether writ petition has been

Go to the delhihighcourt.nic.in, enter case details - and you'd find out. As Sethi Sir rightly said maybe the objections have not been removed otherwise writ petitions come up for hearing much sooner

yes, lawyer has remmoved all office objections? and give me dairy no. i have checked in cause list of Delhi high court but nothing found.my lawyer is not giving proper response

Go to filing counter of writ petitions of DHC and show them ur D.No. and ask them as to when said WP will be listed for hearing in court.
