government loawyer will have power to reject the police chargesheet please tell me

No body has a power to reject charge sheet except the High Court which can quash the charge sheet but not reject it.

No such power stands vested with the Government lawyer. On filing of the charge sheet he is simply to present the case on behalf of the prosecution. He can at the mist seek necessary clarifications from the police on the charge.
