Dear sir Mr A was the owner of the property he gave gpa to Miss B she in turn registered to her sister C in 2006 but in the sale deed instead of mentioning gpa holder of Mr A she has written as vendor herself then C Has sold the property to D and registered it based on C sale deed now D has kept the property for sale & Mr A has expired will there be problem from his kids or can we rectify the sale deed and can we buy the property

how can power of attorney holder write that it is vendor .
this is what happens when parties try to save on legal fees . consult a local lawyer . dont buy the property if you have other options .
deed of rectification can be executed stating that sale was in capacity as POA holder
