i purchased a land in year 2000 but i couldnt register due to cheating nature of seller.In 2012 seller managed a fake buyer ,who was unknown to him before feb 2012. but they design a conspiracy by making a fake agreement of june 1997 for back dated stamp paper of 1997 {20 Rs *5=100 Rs. stamp paper total amount 100Rs.}
Now i am trying to collect avidence by which i may prove that socalled deed is written on the stamp paper which was not sold in that time.
Thats why irequire a information.

both documents has no legal validity.. because both are unregistered documents.
even you can try to prove your documents through the witness persons.

It is not clear why you did not register the deal in 2000. This negligence on the part of the buyers has lead to the cheating by unscrupulous vendors. A difficult position.The other deal which u state has been back dated also has no legs to stand, as already stated by the expert. Further lapse of nearly 12 years makes ur claim time barred and cannot be agitated in a court of law.
