i have all the details regarding internet not working and the broadband committed me several times to provide good services but failed every time and result is i failed to connect to internet and most specially i m on loss like not visiting this LCI website which is my fav website being a lawyer.are there any case laws when any customer got relif from broadband wireline company not in terms of monetory relief but total loss of mental peace.cite any case laws so that i sue that comp in consumer court.

File complain in consumer court and citations are required at the stage of final arguments.

Yes You can file complaint against broadband service provider co in District Consumer Redressal Forum for non providing you proper services{deficiency in services}
