Dear Kuldeep,
Any query of a generic nature, if asked without stating any personal problem to find a solution, is always an academic query. As you pointed out about a professional query, in my views, any query, if asked for general knowledge, guidance or solution to some problem cannot be a professional query. A query can be a professional only in case the same is asked for from a candidate during an interview for some position or by an examiner from a student, otherwise not.
In this case, the querist is neither an interviewer, nor an examiner, nor the answering members are law students or candidates for any position. So, the query asked for by the querist, who is a stock broker by profesion, cannot be treated as a professional query.
Further, reply of any professional to such type of generic queries, if not related to any specific problem can become legally unsuitable to the specific but untold problem of the querist for which he seeks some solution. Such reply can also be treated as wrong or misguiding to the detriment of the reputation of a professional, or can also be misinterpreted in any way, if asked by the querist with some wrong intention.
I hope, you being an advocate, can now understand the difference between an academic query, a problem oriented query and a professional query.

Dear Salman,
While both are the certificates, the only difference between the Marriage Certificate and Registration of Marriage is that the former is entered by the Marriage Officer, as specified in the FOURTH Schedule in a book to be kept by him, when all the formalities of a marriage, including solemnisation are carried out by and in the office of the Marriage Officer, and on the other hand, registration of marriage denotes, a certificate entered as specified in the FIFTH Schedule for the marriages celeberated in other forms, i.e., on receipt of application, as prescribed under sec.16, for registration of marriage already celeberated before or after the enactment of the Special Marriage Act.

Dear Kuldeep,
I always try to be honest and impartial in my replies. Of course, I have to adopt tough attitude for some querist sometimes when he intends to misuse the free services of experts, or doesn't provide background of the problem, or wants advice just to harm intersts of some other person, but without having his own problem, or he provides half-truth and half-lie, or tries to post the same query repeatedly in different categories just to waste time of experts.

UNDER SPECIAL MARRIAGE ACT A MARRIAGE IS SOLEMNIZED AND THEN A CERTIFICATE IS ISSUED WHILE IN OTHER CASES NIKAH IS DONE SOCIALLY THEN THEY CAN BE REGISTERED FORMALLY WITH SOME AUTHORITY AUTHORIZED BY LAW TO REGISTER
AND ISSUE CERTIFICATE THERE FOR.
