I am a christian.Got married in Jan this year.I am looking for a mutual Divorce.Could you please tell me the details for a mutual consent Divorce.When can i file for divorce,in which month.How many years of separation needed.Got separated in April this year.

you have to stay separate for one year then apply for divorce by mutual consent . wait till next April

If u file for mutual divorce in April 2013 u can get divorced in Nov 2013.If little delay, Say in Dec 2013.
Apply in District court, or in Family court / wh applicable to u under christian law.

Until the expiry of one year from the date of marriage you are not entitled to divorce.
So in January, 2013 only you would be eligible to apply for mutual divorce. Thereafter you have to wait for another siz months.

YOU STATE YOU MARRIED IN JANUARY 2012.
THEN NO MUTUAL DIVORCE CAN BE PETITION BEFORE FEB.2013.
DIVORCE COULD BE OBTAINED 6 MONTHS THEREAFTER IN CASE OTHER THINGS REMAIN IN ORDER TILL THEN WITHOUT ANY CHANGE OF CIRCUMSTANCES.
