Experts Plz guide me w.r.to the following
(1) wether the provisions of "UP onsolidation of holdings act" are applicable to properties listed as "BAGH" in RoRs at the time of Chakbandi 1961
(2) wether provisions of "UP onsolidation of holdings act" are applicable to properties falling under Nagar Palikas or Nagar Nigams at the time of Chakbandi of 1961

Prabhakar sir , Plz clarify to me that if a bagh falls within the boundaries of a nagar palika on 7-7-1949 then Urban Area ZALR applies on it , if it falls outside nagar palika boundaries ZALR,1950 applies on it. In which case it is called NON ZA. If in both the cases it is ZA then which type of Baghs come under NZA.
