I am looking out for a certified copy of Sanad issued in 1832 to a particular person by East Indian Government in (Raigad District) Maharashtra in respect of Land.
Experts, could you please help me where to find this Sanad? Where should I apply and who keeps the records?

There was no such Government known as East Indian Government, rather East India Company was a trading company, which ruled forcibly and illegally over different parts of India till 1857.
You are asking for a 180 years old document pertaining to East India Company regime, while the said Company had been dissolved 138 years ago in 1874.
If the Sanad could not be preserved by the awardee or his family, how you can expect such an oldest document in the possession of the Government or someone else, while period of preservation is fixed for every such record just for a few years.
