Dear Concered
I an owner of residential property in chandigarh and won rent case from rent controller as well as from appellate authority and subsequently when tenet filled CR in Punjab & Haryana High court the CR was getting dismissed but tenet requested to grant 6 mths time for evicting property i.e. 31st oct 2012, now the its visible that tenant is not in mood of evicting property. 1. Is there any way he gets extension of time from high court? 2. What proceeding should I do to get procession of my property?

if tenant wants extension he has to apply to high court for extension of time . court may on humanitraina grounds extend by 3 months or so .
wait till 31st october 2012 . you must have engagaed a lawyer . he will take execution proceedings for evicting tenant

You need to wait till 31st oct.
You can file execution there after.

High Court will not grant any more period to vacate the premises until and unless tenant shows any sufficient reason.File execution petition before Rent Tribunal after 31st oct.

The execution already filled with rent controller and tenant also submitted undertaking in rent controller court as per orders of Hon'ble high court.
Can he get extension of time in normal way without notice of motion?
Can i file contempt of court on 1st Nov 2012?

in court proceedings you must have patience . we have already advised you to wait till 31st october 2012 . it is not necessary for him to take out a notice of motion for extension of time . he can issue you notice have the papers produced before court and seek extension . you can oppose the extension of time period .

Dear Sir's ... He jumped the undertaking and High Court orders and submitted objections which are same what were in revision petition in HC and submitted prayer to rent controller to review HC orders and stated all previous orders of Rent Controller, Ap Authority and high court are fraud, rent controller gave 10th Nov. 2012 for argument on objections and have not touched our warrant of possession with police help application as per orders of HC.
Pls suggest what to do further.
