Q) i had filed divorce case against my wife first at jammu jand k. then she files domestic voilence at punjab. now she had file petiton in supreme court for transfer of divorce case from jammu to punjab state. i want to know can supreme court transfer the case b cos in jammu and kashmir it has seprate hindu marriage act of jand k.
