Dear sir,
my father sold an house which was a self earned property of my father, my brother and mom has signed in the sale deed but i didnt . recently i came to know that womens also has equal rights in the property can i claim against buyer to whom my father sold his property.i came to know that buyer sold that property to some others. is their any use in filing case asking for my share? pls advise me on this.

It is his self acquired property and he is free to sell it to any one he wishes.
Do not run after his property, you have no case.
