Hello Expert,
We purchased plot from huda in 1987 and deadline was 1989 for completion. We are receiving property tax since 1991. If we apply for Completion Certificate now. 1. Do we need to pay any fine for Completion Certification. If yes how much? 2. What is the best way to get the completion certificate ASAP.

1) Amount of fine depends upon the HUDA rules from time to time, which can only be known from the office of the Estates Office of the concerned HUDA area.
2) When you don't apply for completion certificate, how you would know the best way to get that. Better take the help of some local HUDA approved architect to apply for completion certificate. That would facilitate you to apply with as least as possible the mistakes in application to avoid exchange shuttling of the application backward and forward and futile correspondence.
