ANY EMPLOYER WILL CONSIDER THE FACT THAT HE IS RAPIST.

Moral character will come in his way.

thank arvind sir.....basically we are from a middle class family..me and my cousin are class mates, to be frank he had a better acadamics than me ...the moment he got admission in to an NIT WARANGAL i felt bad of me...he(my cousin)despite his hurdles made into a gud institute and i got placed in an average engineering college...he always shares every thing with me.he infact told me and shown me the chargesheet filed by the police in which it s clearly mentioned that"BASED ON THE EVIDENCE OF APFSL THE RAPE HAS NOT OCCURED.POSSIBILITY OF SEXUAL ASSAULT CANNOT BE RULED OUT ".I felt that he has nothing to do with the case he will be acquitted but unfortunately he was sentenced one year imprisonment. With the verdict given by the trail court he (my cousin)gave up his dream of persuing higher studies in foreign countrie's.thank u very much sir really thankful to your valuable information...hope fully your information may help an innocent future.

THANKING YOU

let him be acquitted on merits (not on procedure/technicalities or on benefit of doubt. Then if not overage by that time he may dream of getting Govt job.
