False dowry claim in chargesheet

I have several cases running against me. The allegations in the 498a FIR are word-for-word identical to the other cases.
A massive amount of gold given as dowry to parents has suddenly appeared into
chargesheet. There are bills and witness statements to match. This was
not present in any of the other cases or even written statements filed
after FIR.
Please help me with a strategy to fight this false allegation against parents and show it is false. I don't think TEP won't work because this allegation dates back in time.

Now that the charge sheet has been filed you have no option but to face the trial and disprove the allegations.
Nothing can be said without taking a thorough look at the FIR and the chargesheet.
